Now you can see the calls you schedule in ContactHero in Microsoft Outlook, iCal, Google Calendar and other Applications that support the iCalendar standard sometimes referred to as "iCal". I've created a short series of how-to videos showing how to set this up for these clients. These videos are in QuickTime format.

A new REST API is available for developers who wish to integrate ContactHero into their applications. Documentation is available here. The API allows you to integrate ContactHero with your existing systems, and populate business systems with contact information from ContactHero and vice versa. API access is enabled by default for all accounts.
